Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after purchase. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days due to high order volume.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on various factors, including your location. Below are the estimated shipping times once your order has been dispatched:

Please note that shipping carriers may experience unexpected delays during peak times, holidays, or due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs processing for international shipments. These delays may impact delivery times and tracking updates.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Any errors or omissions may result in delayed processing or cancellation of the order.
- If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your details.
- If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
- If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us, or send us an email to support@bodyreliefworks.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.
Delayed Delivery
At Body Relief Works, we understand the importance of receiving your order on time. While we work hard to ship all orders promptly, some circumstances beyond our control may cause shipping delays, including:
- Unexpected courier delays (e.g., severe weather, transportation disruptions)
- Customs processing for international orders
- Product availability or fulfillment delays
- Address verification issues
- Payment processing delays
We will always keep you informed of any delays affecting your order. However, Body Relief Works is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it is outside of our control. If your package is lost or stolen:
- Contact us at support@bodyreliefworks.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
- File a claim with the courier—most shipping carriers have a process for reporting lost or stolen packages.
- We will also contact the courier on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates.
Please note:
- Body Relief Works is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. These incidents fall outside of our refund policy.
- If a package is confirmed lost and cannot be recovered, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
- In certain cases, we may recommend filing a police report if your package was stolen after delivery.
