Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After this 24-hour window, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations as your order may have already entered processing.

If you successfully cancel your order within the 24-hour period, we will process your refund within 7 business days.


14-Day Money Back Guarantee

We are confident in the quality and performance of our products, which is why we offer a 14-day Money Back Guarantee.

To give our products a fair chance, we kindly ask that you use them for at least 7 days before requesting a return. If, after this period, you are still unsatisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • All returned products must be in their original packaging (if applicable).

To initiate a return:

  • Be sure to include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order to help us process your request faster.

Damaged Items Policy

We take great care in packaging your order to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a physical defect or breakage. Minor cosmetic damage to packaging (e.g., dented boxes) that does not affect the product itself is not considered damage and is not eligible for replacement or refund.

If your item arrives damaged:

If deemed eligible, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note: We do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. However, Body Relief Works is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If you realize there is an error in your address, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.

If the incorrect address is not corrected within this timeframe, we cannot offer resends or refunds for orders shipped to the wrong address.
